Elounda Luxury villas are two exclusive, new and elegantly designed villas built amphitheatrically on a hill and at close proximity to the picturesque village of Plaka. Villa Topaz (upper level) and Villa Amethyst (lower level) provide an immaculate spot for leisure, rest and unwinding in Crete.

Each villa has a 140sqm interior area, 3 spacious bedrooms, private pool with stunning views and a plethora of guest centered amenities. These amazing villas can be rented either individually or as a complex and are a perfect choice for families, couples or group of friends.
THE SPACE

Inside the villa

On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with direct access to the pool and garden through floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning views of the sea. On this level there is also a fully fitted kitchen equipped with all the facilities one may need and a stylishly decorated bathroom with a shower. The upper floor has three bedrooms, each with a balcony, a TV, air conditioning and wardrobe. The main bathroom on this floor in Villa Amethyst has a hydromassage bathroom while in Villa Topaz the bathroom has a tub.

Each villa has private swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a dining area and BBQ. The outdoor areas and gardens with local aromatic herbs and an ideal spot to sit, enjoy a cool drink, and relax with watching the breathtaking views.

Picturesque Villa

This was a great villa. It is actually nicer than it looks in the pictures. The owners thought of everything a guest could need. It is a very quiet location. Even the visiting goat kept the noise down enough to keep the doors and windows open. A nice bonus in a country where the predominate language is not English is that netflix is available on the television. We were less than 1/2 mile from the quaint fishing village of Plaka. There's a lot of building going on, and I sincerely hope it doesn't lose it's charm. It was immaculately clean, both the villa and the grounds. Also of note, the owner couldn't have been nicer. We were greeted with a cake and quiche made by his mom that were fabulous. We rent condos and homes often when traveling, and I can honestly say this was the nicest one we have rented. What made it so nice were the attention to details like the cleanliness and graciousness of the owners.

Beautiful villa. Stunning views.

We have stayed here for 12 nights. Villa Topaz is a beautiful, modern villa with outstanding views, situated high in the hills above Plaka village. Incredibly peaceful, we have had an incredibly relaxing holiday. A car is essential, due to its hillside location, but Plaka, Elounda and Agios Nikolaos are close by. The owner, Periklis, is extremely helpful and the Housekeeper, Esmeralda, a delight. Great daily service. If you are inclined to eat in - find Lidl in Agios Nikolaos for supplies. Very good. 2 good fresh fish shops in A.N. as well. Great location - going home refreshed.

fantastic villa stunnng sea views and Spinalonga island

We have just returned from a week at Villa Topaz and the holiday was fabulous This brand new contemporary villa is situated on the hillside above Plaka village it has amazing views of the sea and Spinalonga island. The villa is contemporary in design with every modern convenience and great attention to detail and every requirement is catered for.

The owner/ manager Petrocles is extremely helpful and easily contactable for any questions or issues . The villa is extremely well maintained and the cleaning staff were discreet but provided fresh sheets and towels daily.

We loved being able to drive to secluded swimming bays and the water was crystal clear We ate mostly in Tavernas in Elounda but there are no shortage of fine tavernas near the villa in Plaka. Crete has an amazing history stretching back to the Minoans and plenty of historical sites to visit. It was just difficult to extract ourselves from relaxing beside the infinity pool at the villa.

A fabulous villa and resort we look forward to returning again soon

Un pur moment de plaisir !

Nous avons passé 8 jours de vacances extraordinaires dans cette villa en mai 2017. La villa est toute équipée avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et sur l'île de Spinalonga. Les prestations de la villa (service de ménage quotidien, nettoyage de la piscine tous les 2 jours, repas d'accueil (moussaka faite maison), frigo rempli...) sont d'un excellent niveau. Les propriétaires, deux jeunes frères, sont très sympathiques et sont disponibles pour tout service à tout moment. Ce séjour est inoubliable.
