in total and with just steps from the sandy beachfront of
Kissamos bay is a n ideal location for corporate retreat, or wedding
ceremony.
Villa Votsalo is set in rural
surroundings 2km from Kissamos town, 100m from the closest restaurant, a
20-minute drive from the charming Venetian port of Chania and 50km from
the airport. Other villages, beaches, and attractions are an easy
driving distance with hire car.
With a total living space of 320sqm and 2 levels, villa Votsalo sleeps
12 guests in 6 bedrooms, 3 on each level. There are two living rooms in
total with large sofas.
On the ground floor, there are two master bedrooms with double beds
(180×200), and one guest bedroom with twin beds (2x100x200) all with
en-suite bathrooms and sea or mountain views.
On the lower ground floor level, there are 2 bedrooms with a shared
bathroom, both with double beds (160×200) and (180×200). One master
bedroom next door, with double bed (180×200) and ensuite bathroom.
There are two open plan kitchens each with its own living area and a
large dining table on the ground floor level.
Extra beds and baby cots can be placed in the large bedrooms by
arrangement.
The swimming pool of 50 Sqm can be heated by a Pool Heat Pump, making the water about 24 – 26°C depending on weather conditions. Pool heating is extra charge advance notice is required for this facility. A pool cover can be provided and has to be used to achieve best pool heating effect.
There are also shaded outdoor dining areas to have your meals with your family and friends. The beach is just steps from the villa to enjoy your swim in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean sea.
